Best Food Trucks in Sydney Bring Street Food to Paddy's Markets
More than 25 established and up and coming street food truck vendors show up every Saturday night at the new Paddy’s Night Food Markets. Starting from 1st July the food trucks will be parked and open for business in the Sydney Markets Flemington car park. The unusual venue with ceilings seven metres high, transforms into a buzzing urban eatery complete with crates for tables, that delights visitors with its authentic and original street feel.
The colourful lineup of kitchens on wheels will serve up an eclectic mix of delicious food such as gelato brioche, soda served in colourful lightbulbs and chocolate gozleme. Well known and much-loved traders such as ChurBurger and Kayter Co are just two of the regulars that will be serving indulgent food in plus sizes for small prices.
The latest in street food concepts including Maverick Wings and Dirty Bird will also be represented, with new chefs waiting to delight event goers enough to become the next big name in foodie circles. Chefs new and long-standing will all be challenged to deliver regular, creative menu changes to reflect monthly themes.
If indulgent, great value food in a cool urban setting isn’t enough, event goers can buckle down to a Daytona challenge or PAC-MAN battle against friends. Retro arcade games are free, and open to all to enjoy. As is the music provided by resident DJ Mike Hyper and other special guests.
