Even in the Sydney Storm my food was delivered on time!
It was such horrible weather in Sydney last week with the "Sydney Storm", so on the worst night, when the rain was torrential and the wind howling, I decided that I would order online from eatnow.com.au as I had been given a voucher to try. Even though I am surrounded by restaurants where I live, I couldn't bring myself to venture out. I also thought I couldn't give this company more of a test than ordering in this crazy weather.
The most difficult thing about eatnow.com.au is trying to choose from some of the best restaurants in Sydney, there are over 4,400. In the end I ordered from Millennium Pizza; Spaghetti Bolognese, Greek salad, soda water, and the North Avenue Shiraz (Australia).
The word delicious comes to mind - the pasta arrived hot, salad was fresh, and the wine is magnificent. The bolognese was extremely tasty, and I was pleasantly surprised considering my meal was delivered in such an awful storm. I have to give a big shout out to the delivery driver who still had a smile on his face despite the weather conditions.
