This Friday the 20th of March is One Wave's 2nd Birthday and International Happiness Day. To celebrate OneWave are creating the longest Human Fluro wave across the whole of Bondi beach to raise awareness for mental health. So if you are looking for things to do in Sydney, this is something to mark in the diary.
One wave Fluro Fridays have gone viral and have been in over 50 different beaches all over the world. There will be over 2000+ people attending Bondi Beach this Friday alone including celebrity ambassadors so try and get involved.

I urge anyone who is suffering depression or any other form of mental illness to stop and remember that “you are not alone” and there is help out there for you. Just reach out.
