Red Bull Studios: Some of the most inspiring tracks of 20before15
From launching Pharrell's album in LA, to making a spaceship with Skrillex, to hosting a myriad of musical trailblazers in ten Red Bull Studios around the world, 2014 was a year of many magical moments. To celebrate, Red Bull — along with some of the most inspiring artists from its creative network — have curated a selection of songs to take music lovers into 2015. As part of an overarching commitment to nurture a network of creatives and their artistic development, Red Bull will delivered a series of 20 exclusives tracks in 20 days from 33 artists.
All artists involved in the series have played an integral role in one of Red Bull’s various musical programs and projects throughout the past year. Notable contributors include the Lebanese blues rock duo The Wanton Bishops, psychedelic tropical bass outfit Dengue Dengue Dengue, as well as the lyricist from Odd Future’s hip hop collective, Earl Sweatshirt.
Sydney Chic has a collection of some of the tracks to listen to.
ABOUT RED BULL MUSIC ACADEMY

The Academy has been pairing music legends and emerging beatsmiths since 1998 in cities such as Berlin, Cape Town, Melbourne, Barcelona, Rome, São Paulo, London, New York City and Tokyo. Every year 60 of the most gifted new music makers from all over the world get invited to create, celebrate and collaborate in a creative hub where they are exposed to musical luminaries such as Giorgio Moroder to Chuck D, amongst many others. Academy alumni have gone on to become true figureheads of their scenes like LA soul singer Aloe Blacc; experimental electronic music producer and beat music innovator Flying Lotus; Hudson Mohawke, the Scottish producer behind the beats of Drake and Kanye West; and UK singer Katy B, who introduced a larger audience to the sound of London’s dubstep, funky and garage.
