I've been having some fun with the Nikon P340 camera the last few weeks. The camera is easy to use and I love the 5 x optical zoom. I'm not a professional photographer; however do need to take photos for Sydney Chic including events, food, fashion etc. I've found the camera very compact and easy to pop in my bag to take anywhere. It also has a Full HD video recording, which I've enjoyed using for some family snaps. With so many things to do in Sydney, having a compact and easy to use camera will keep all those happy memories.

As you can see from the photo above the Nikon P340 picked up the beautiful lights at night plus the stunning reflection.
The photo above was taken at the Great Dane Furniture Launch in Sydney. I was juggling handbag, champagne and people! The camera is very compact so it was easy to be a social butterfly and at the same time take photos of the event I was attending.
The P340 is a pro-compact camera, it allows people to capture perfect quality images, particularly in low light environments.

The camera took great photos of the food. This picture was taken just after I did my indoor skydive which involved flying inside a wind tunnel! I was a little wobbly after that experience but despite that I held the camera still enough to take this pic.
Another photo taken with the Nikon P340 at the Great Dane Furniture Launch. I asked another attendee to take a pic of me who had no experience with the camera.
Nikon kindly loaned the camera to Sydney Chic as a trial. Our reviews are based on our honest experience.
